Tutorials: Port Forwarding and Firewalling!!!

I am not going to do the full description of that how to forward ports (as it would occupy a lot of time and bassicly detailed tutorials is already written). Therefore I will simply take advantage of them in my tutorial.

1) Well go to www.portforward.com
Already on the first page it is possible to find out your external IP. That's what your must add to your favorites list and tell your friends to add it to their favorites.


2) Choose your model of a router model.


3) After you have chosen model of your router, will open a new window with the list of programs (mostly games) you are forwarding ports for, where you can choose guide for the concrete program in our case it Сouter-Strike. If you don't see the program you are forwarding ports for, be sure to choose
Default Guide.


4) Will appear detailed, step-by-step guide with pictures and good explanation that how to forward ports! (Also At the beginning there will be a link to guide "How to set up static IP")


5) Also it is necessary to adjust firewall. Simply go to this link where will be identical guide but for firewall adjusting.
6) If everything was done properly above, the ports should be forwarded and everything must be OK. Other way call to your ISP (Internet service provider) and be sure that they don’t block that ports
