NOTE:. How do I install CSPromod?
Download .EXE installer, simply open up the file and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you have finished installing, simply restart steam and CSPromod will appear on your games list.

If U have a Non-Steam CSS install CSPROMOD to some random folder and than copy/paste it to your CSS folder. Make one more copy of shortcut for CSS and rename it to СSP. Than open shortcut properties and add the following code as result in target field U should get something like this and than run it. ITS 100% works
